What to Wear to a Spring Wedding
Love is in the air! Are you planning to attend any spring weddings? Spring is really a beautiful time to tie the knot. If you’ve been invited to watch a friend or family member celebrate true love, you’re probably in the market for a wedding guest dress. This season it’s all about florals and shades of pink, red, purple, green and blue. I’m actually flying to Florida this weekend to attend my dear friend’s son’s nuptials. Since I’ve just completed my search for the perfect dress or dresses, I’m sharing my picks!
My top choice for the big event is this beautiful draped neck midi dress
from Ted Baker London. It has a colorful floral placement that pops against the sophisticated black background. In the past wearing a high heel would have been my first choice, but these days I prefer a mid heel. I love this Steve Madden ankle strap sandal for style and comfort. It’s also on sale!

My second choice came straight from my closet. I actually wore this festive pink dress to Harriet’s daughter’s wedding three years ago. It’s definitely a keeper! As we’ve been posting, hot pink is the color of the season and is perfect for a resort wedding. My silver sandals are vintage Prada but this Naturalizer ankle strap is a comfortable and well priced alternative…and It’s on sale!
